Dance Swing East Coast Steps

Perhaps with the East Coast version, and its cool turns? Or, maybe you want the acrobatic lindy hop. Whichever you choose, these dances are loads of fun, and great exercise.
 Let's Dance Swing (Full Frame) The Underarm Turn: Learn the basic steps in swing dancing. Start off with the basic "1,2,3,4" count and move into back rocks, under the arm turns and walkthroughs. Facing each other, lead your partner toward you with her right foot and walk her through your arms. Put your partner's right hand over your head and push through with the other hand to change places. Beginning and Ending: Instructor John and his partner Caitlin Reynolds demonstrate ideal beginnings and great ending in swing dancing.
East Coast Swing - East Coast Swing (ECS) is a partner dance derived from the Lindy Hop. The basic step is triple step, triple step, and a rock step. Boogie-woogie (dance) - Boogie-woogie is a form of swing dance. The name boogie-woogie is used mostly in Europe; the closest thing in the US is probably East Coast Swing. West Coast Swing - West Coast Swing (WCS) is a partner dance derived from Lindy Hop. It has the soul of a street dance but has been tamed by ballroom dance studios. Swingout - The Swingout, Lindy Turn, or Whip is the defining dance move of Lindy Hop and West Coast Swing. Its variants are also used in Jive, East Coast Swing and Modern Jive.
